+Misunderstood low fat AND low carb diets. There are good nutritional fats the body and needs, particularly cognitively, cardiovascular health and mood regulation. Good nutritional carbs are also crucial to efficiently fuel the body. The common element is the TYPE of fat and carbs. Cutting out all creates poor health quickly and long term sabotages metabolism. Having a balance is the ideal, so using low fat recipes for treats like desserts is a great option.

Why don't people do their own research and find that low fat is NOT healthy. What's healthy is low carb. If you don't believe it, go to the doctor, have your cholesterol, triglycerides and all that checked. Try the low carb diet. Go back and have them done again. The govt has been lying to us for 30 years. Now we are over the top with obesity and diabetes and we wonder why.

Great recipe! My husband and I made this for company this past weekend. It was delish! (One of our guests is on Weight Watchers, and loved this.) I'm not sure what value the egg whites added. I might leave them out or figure out a substitute the next time we make this.

+If it calls for too large of a serving just make a half order and season to taste or make the whole thing and cut into 4 sections packaging 3 of them separately and freezing them until you are ready to eat it again. Crumble is delicious

+For those who do not like raspberries in this recipe, maybe cranberries would be a great alternative? Just a thought.

The reason this recipe is set up for 6 or 7 people is because this was on the Thanksgiving made healthy show... This recipe is a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional desserts for HOLIDAYS and everyone loved it when I made it..

-i didn't like the raspberry part at all. i'm going to try it next time with out it. it made it to tart for my taste. As for Vic. all you have to do is cut the recipe in half to fix the serving part. I know when i cooked it i cut it by half and it still served up to 6 people

Why is this recipe for 6-7 people! Ridiculous! No wonder obesity is such a big problem? How about some recipes for 1-2 servings?
